Residents and visitor of West Hill are in for a ghoulish treat this Halloween season, as the neighborhood unveils the highly anticipated Halloween Houses on Display Event. With an impressive lineup of 35 creatively decorated homes, the community has transformed into a spooky wonderful that promises to delight visitors of all ages. Among the eerie ensemble , eight exceptional houses have been recognized for their outstanding displays and awarded for their artistic and in some cases community prowess.

From the moment you enter the neighborhoods you will feel the Halloween spirit. Each house boosts an array of either hair -raising decorations or Halloween themes that you won’t forget. Take a look at the skeleton filled saloon, or the alien babies from outer space crawling over the yard. You will even take a visit to the Mad Hatter Tea Party, and if lucky see the man trying to get out of the box There are ghostly figures haunting the streets of West Hills. The 5th year of this event sponsored by the Special Event Committee of the West Hills Neighborhood Council and Councilman John Lee of CD12, demonstrates awesome creativity and community spirit. What sets this event apart are the eight award-winning houses which have captured the hearts and imaginations of both judges and spectators. They have raised the bar with their creativity, attention to detail and overall thematic coherence. You will be able to identify them on your journey through West Hills by the lawn signs in the display. They are for the best Animation, the most inventive, the most interactive, the most comical, the most scary, the best theme, the Councilmember John Lee Award and the Assemblymember Jesse Gabriel Award.

The West Hills Halloween Houses on Display is a testament to the community’s dedication to spreading Halloween Cheer. It is THE event of West Hills, and supported by Rock Paradise, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Olive and Fig Café, Sevan Petrossian of Pinnacle Estate Properties, Golden Rose Bakery, and Charlie Butterscotch. So, grab your trick or treat bag, gather your love ones and prepare to be enchanted by the funny and spine-tingling magic of West Hills Halloween Houses on Display. This spooktacular extravaganza is not to be missed.
