*Platt Village Shopping Center, Case #ZA-2025-6183-CU1 CUP Application On January 8, 2026 the Board voted to approve the CUP.
*SB 79 On November 4, 2025 the City Council approved a Motion calling for a report by December 1 from the Department of City Planning & Department of Transportation on the potential impacts of Senate Bill 79.
*Malibu Wines Case# ZA-2017-2535-2V-PA1 Malibu Wines requested a modification of their original application to increase occupancy and extend operating hours. Changes in Operating Hours & Occupancy 12/03/25 On January 8, 2026 the Board voted to approve the Zoning & Planning Committee's decision to deny support for requested changes to the CUP. *L.A. City Charter Reform-Council File 25-0869. The Charter governs the structure and operation of City government. Charter Reform Commission website On January 8, 2026 the Board voted to approve the Government Relations Committee's WHNC Recommendations for City Charter Reforms On January 21, 2026 LANCC (Los Angeles Neighborhood Council Coalition) submitted recommendations for Charter Reform.
*Woodlake Apartments Project-On 11/06/25 street markings observed and 11/13/25 possible survey activity on property. Information requests sent to City Planning and LADBS (Los Angeles Dept of Building & Safety). Neither department showed project is active. Request sent to law firm representing project applicants and a meeting with WHNC will be scheduled for mid January. City Planning has not posted documents under one case # on their website for public access.
