December 10 City Council Agenda

Today, December 10 the City Council voted to boost housing development in existing high density residential neighborhoods and along commercial corridors while leaving single-family zones largely untouched.  News release on Zoning & Planning Committee page.

Chaminade Expansion

The Entitlement Hearing scheduled for October 24, 2024 has been postponed to January 2025.

Woodlake Apts (Circle S Ranch Property)

City Planning has granted conditional approval for this project.  A Letter of Compliance by the City Planning Department was issued on December 5, 2024 for the planned 5-story, 332 units Sr. Citizen Affordable Housing Development.  Only an applicant, owner or tenant of a property abutting, across the street or alley, or has a common corner with the property can appeal the Density Bonus Compliance Review Determination.  Attend the Tuesday, December 10 Zoning & Planning Committee Meeting for further discussions.
