At the September 26, 2024 Hearing the City Planning Department submitted a report to the City Planning Commission with their finding to approve Draft #3 without the Exhibit D options in the Housing Incentive Program. The report said that there was enough zoning to meet the States' mandate for housing without the need to rezone single-family areas. The City Planning Commission voted in favor of the report.

A notice will be issued 24 days before the new hearing date. The appeal process primarily involved reports and presentations from the applicant's team and the appellants, although members of the public are allowed to comment on the appeal points during the hearing.
